Hey Gregory, thanks for reaching out!
The fitment of the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM73FR on your 2023 Ram 2500 actually has more to do with whether or not you have a factory swaybar. This one will work if you DON'T have the factory swaybar, but if you DO have the swaybar then you'll need the Anti-Sway Bar # RM34GR instead.
Both options work just fine with the air spring kit on your truck.

Thanks Jon, I ordered the part and have received it. Haven't put it on yet but looks like it should fit. It's much heavier than the stock anti-sway bar, I am very satisfied.
