Replacement Puck Lights Needed With A Non-Rubber Switch Button

Updated 01/05/2026 | Published 09/16/2024

Question:

We have a Jayco with puck style lights. Most of the lights have a rubber type push and one or two have hard button. The hard buttons work better and we would like to replace the rubber surface type. Our service dealer is confused by this. What is the difference

Hey Andy,

I know exactly what you mean, my Dad has a Jayco Eagle and they put these on the wall in one of the bedrooms and the rubber push button sticks in and won't come out if you press it. It bugs me a lot so I always try to pry it back out with my finger. The # CE68ZR you were looking at has the rubber style button so you wouldn't want to go with it.

The only puck lights we currently offer with a solid switch button would be the 3-5/8" Diameter # 277-000488 and 4-3/8" Diameter # 277-000489.

Hey Andy, how did the solid button puck lights work out for your Jayco? It’d be great to know if they solved the sticking issue you had with the rubber style. Your update could make it easier for others dealing with the same problem.
