Need extra light on your kitchen counter for when you need to prep meals for the family? Or perhaps you need a light in the hallway so you can see where you're going when walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night? This puck light has warm white LEDs that give you accented light underneath a kitchen cabinet, in a closet, over a reading nook or chair, or in a walkway inside your RV or camper.
LEDs are more energy efficient, last longer, and burn brighter than lights with incandescent bulbs. You won't have to worry about replacing bulbs that have brittle filaments. And because LEDs draw minimal power, the light won't drain your battery, overload your circuits, or produce too much heat.
Surface-Mount, Bolt-On Installation is Easy
This surface-mount puck light is incredibly easy to install as an upgrade or a direct replacement of your existing light. Using the hardware, bolt the housing onto the ceiling, wall, or cabinet. Then once you're finished, the light wires to a switch inside your RV and hooks up to ground (white wire) and power (black wire). This design has built-in polarity correction that ensures the light operates consistently.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a look at this LED RV interior light with switch. This interior surface mounted white light can be installed on the surface of your ceiling or under your cabinets with no cut-outs required. As you can see, I have this connected to power already with the light turned on and I think a pretty good idea of just how bright this is, even with my studio lights on. ut let me go ahead and turn my lights off just to give you a better demonstration.
And for the size, you can see that it puts out quite a bit of light. Let me go ahead and zoom out. And so, that's gonna do a great job whether underneath your cabinet. I could see that this would be a great light to add underneath your cabinet to light up your countertop or even on your ceiling. Be a nice addition inside your RV to add just a little bit more light.
Let me go ahead and shine this on the wall behind me. LEDs do make great replacements for incandescent lights. There are no bulbs to replace, no brittle filaments, and they last 50 times longer. They're more efficient, providing brighter light with less power. And there are 18 white LEDs behind this white lens with a white housing.
And it features built-in polarity correction. And this is going to be a very simple operation as we saw with the on and off switch. This lens can be popped off. And I was gonna go ahead and see if I could pop this off for you real quick here. There we go.
And again, you see those 18 diodes there that's going to provide that light. You have a two-wire pigtail here that includes the power lead and the ground wire. And again, it does feature built-in polarity correction. And let me go ahead and put this lens back on. And I did notice that once you have this mounted, whether underneath your cabinet or on your ceiling, you do wanna make sure that you have that lens on all the way to provide that, so that switch will work as it should. If this lens is not put on just right or if it's not on evenly and tight, it could affect the operation of that switch. So, just so you're aware of that. Now, taking a look at the overall diameter, probably easier to measure here from the back, we are sitting pretty close to four, looks like 4 1/2 inches in diameter. The overall depth might be a little bit harder for you to see but we're sitting pretty close to, say about 3/4 of an inch deep. And then the distance between the mounting holes, you have three mounting holes here and overall, the distance is going to be right, it is gonna be close to three inches but I'm gonna call it right at 2 7/8 inches, center to center. And that's going to be true going around all three of those mounting holes. So 2 7/8 inches, center to center. And that wire length, we are sitting almost six inches, maybe about 5 3/4 inches long on that wire length. But overall, I think this is gonna be a very easy installation. And it's going to be a nice light to add just, I think it would be great underneath your cabinet in the kitchen of your RV to add a little more light there on your countertop to light up those dark areas there on your countertop. Well, that's gonna conclude our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me..
