Hi Bob!
The Timbren # TGMRG25C you ordered will have 6,000 pounds of load assist and will be the highest rated option available for your 2003 Tahoe. This will definitely solve your sagging issue, especially if you are close to or at the maximum load capacity of your vehicle. It must be pointed out, when you are unloaded your ride will be noticeably stiffer than your stock suspension due to their heavy duty nature.
Personally, I prefer the Air Lift LoadLifter # AL60769 due to the adjustability. The unloaded ride quality will be significantly less affected, which makes it easier to live with. With that said, it might not be the best option in your specific case if you will be right at the capacity of these air bags (1,000 pounds).
I did add a link to a video we did of the Timbrens being installed on a very similar vehicle for you to check out as well.
