Availability of Trailer Tire for 12 inch Wheel that is a Radial

Question:
I have a Triton LT single jet ski trailer. I want to put radials, as it came with bias tires. I want to keep the keep the same trailer height because I tow it with a car. What do you recommend in 12 rim/tires?
