2016 superduty 21/2” hitch. The pin holes in curt hitch shank how far is space to the back of hitch.need 2” to slide mud flaps on receiver.

Hi Alan,
From the center of the hitch pin hole to closest part of the ball mount block on the Curt # C53ZJ would be 2-11/16" so you would just need to measure the distance from the end of your receiver tube to the hitch pin hole to see if there's enough clearance for the mud flap hub to mount. Since this has a 2" shank you would need to use a reducer # BWRHXA2182.

Hey Alan, did the Curt ball mount and reducer sleeve give you enough room to slide your mud flaps onto the receiver? Knowing how that fit worked could help others setting up a similar hitch.
