What is the differance between a CMF13452 and C-78KR hitch ? Im looking far a hitch for my 2023 Lincoln Nautilus Is either one acceptable for my car?

Hi Steven; the Curt # C78KR is the 13452 so it is acceptable for your 2023 Lincoln Nautilus. The only difference is that one is our part number and the other is the Curt part number which is actually listed further down on the page. If you would like to save a little money and have a matte black finish instead the # e36RR will also work. This is the same design as the Curt so the only difference is the finish.
If you plan on towing you will also need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C66CR. This will give you a 4-way connection to power a trailer's signal lights. If you need a ball mount, check out the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches # C45534.
