Will this lift kit fit my 2020 Forest River Shockwave TT Toy Hauler?

It will if you have a pair of #10 Torflex axles but I would be shocked if that's what's on your 2020 Forest River Shockwave TT Toy Hauler. The Torflex Lift Kit item # K71-707-02 is designed for square axles with built in suspension.
My guess is your toy hauler has a round axle that would require either the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit item # K71-384-00 for a 2-3/8" diameter axles or item # K71-385-00 for 3" round axles.
The easiest way for me to tell you which part number you need would be to see one of the axle tags on your trailer or you could measure the diameter of the axle if it is indeed round. Either way if you could email me this information back I would be happy to recommend the correct part for you.
