Hey Jason,

It looks like that 5 on 5-1/4" bolt pattern is an older vehicle wheel pattern that we unfortunately just don't carry and doesn't seem to really be available anywhere else. This means that the only option we could recommend would be replacing the hubs to a more common pattern. I would double check that measurement one more time just to be sure and if it is 5 on 5-1/4" instead of just 5 on 5 then you'll need to measure the spindle at points B, C, and D so we can figure out the bearings and grease seal. From there we can find the appropriate hubs and wheels to fit.

Hey Jason, did you get a chance to recheck that bolt pattern and measure the spindle points for your boat trailer? Once you have those details, we can narrow down the right hubs and wheels for your setup. Let me know what you find—I'm here if you need a hand figuring it out.
