Black modular steel wheel with beveled stud holes provides a secure seat and reduces lug nut retightening. Powder coat finish and straightforward style deliver dependable performance and a clean look across a wide range of trailers.
The 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern is widely used on heavier trailer setups. It keeps sourcing and swapping wheels simple whether you're replacing a damaged rim or carrying a ready spare.
With a 15" diameter and 6" width, this wheel pairs well with common tire sizes for mid-to-heavy trailer duty. It offers a stable footprint while keeping your setup straightforward.
Beveled stud holes seat the wheel snug to the hub, helping maintain clamp force. That secure interface reduces the need to retighten lugs after trips and keeps you focused on the road.
Steel delivers dependable performance through frequent use and changing road conditions. It gives your trailer a solid foundation for work trips and weekend hauls alike.
Modular cutouts with a black powder coat finish give a straightforward, practical style. It blends cleanly across a wide range of trailer builds.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Lionshead 15" x 6" black modular steel trailer wheel with the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. Now, this is a steel wheel, has the modular design to it, which is sturdy and corrosion-resistant. Now, we say modular design, that's the one that has the round holes all the way around the wheel. The rust-resistant finish on this includes a black powder coat on both front and back of the wheel. And if you notice on the wheel itself, the center cap is not included.
If you do want a center cap, we do sell those separate on our website. You do want to make sure to get a center cap that'll have the same diameter as this pilot hole, 'cause when you install it, it'll slide through this hole. The diameter on this pilot hole is 4.29". And if you notice right down here, you notice there's a valve stem that is pre-installed, it is included. This wheel does meet the DOT, Department of Transportation, and the SAE J1204 specifications.
And this wheel is made in the USA. Do want to give you some measurements on this. We're gonna measure the diameter and the width. And when you measure the diameter, what you're gonna measure is inside to inside, or bead seat to bead seat. So if we take our tape measure and go inside to inside, there you can see is your 15" diameter.
The width will be the same way. You're gonna do inside to inside, or bead seat to bead seat. And there's your 6" wide wheel. Bolt pattern on this wheel is a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. And if you want to measure that on a wheel that's an even number of lugs, in this case six, it's pretty easy because if you notice, the lug holes are directly across from each other.
So all you have to do is pick one of the holes, any one, let's say this one, and then measure from the center of this hole directly across to the center of the hole right across from it. On this, it'll measure 5-1/2", so that's telling you this is a six lug, 5-1/2" bolt pattern. Does use a wheel lug size of 1/2" x 20. And the weight capacity on this wheel is 2,860 pounds. Now, we do also offer many other items for your trailer. All you need to do is click on the trailer tab that's located at the top of the website page.
