Hey Ty, what size hitch do you have and how much of an extension do you need? The Curt extension part # C45048 that you referenced fits a 2-1/2 inch hitch and provides a 24 to 36 inch extension.

No bigger than 24in extension. It needs to be able to tow a car trailer and car so 10k weight rating that will fit in my factory receiver which I believe is a 2 in

@Ty I don't know if this will work for you but this would be the best option in the higher capacity you are needing. The part # GY89SR has a 10k trailer towing capacity and a 500 lb tongue weight capacity. It provides an extension of 14 inches.
