Hi Dale,
Yes, it sure does; the wiring for adding a brake controller will be the same for a Sportage and the 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV. What you will use is the following:
- T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # C99DR
- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7
This will give you the parts needed to add a 7-way to your '23 Sportage PHEV so you can use a brake controller like the Prodigy P3 # 90195.
