Parts Needed to Install Brake Controller in 2023 Honda Pilot LX with 7-Way

Question:
Need helping finding what best towing package would be for my 2023 Honda Pilot LX. Unsure how to tell if my vehicle has. Factory tow package to pick the correct break controller. I believe I need the 7 pin wire harness. Appreciate the help.

Hey Dan, a pretty good way to determine if your 2023 Honda Pilot has the factory tow package is if the vehicle has a hitch and any trailer wiring installed currently. If so, then it would have the tow package. Yes you do need a 7-way installed on your vehicle for a brake controller to work. If you have a 7-way all you need is the part # TK86HR to end up with the best brake controller and a custom fit harness for your Pilot.
