Hey Kaleb I have all the parts you will need to add a 7-Way connector and a brake controller to your 2002 Toyota Tundra but only one of them is going to be plug and play. Everything else will have to be wired in. There is no brake controller adapter for a 2002 Tundra.
To add a 7-Way connector to your truck you'll also need to install a 4-way connector because there isn't just one part that'll do the job. Good news is the 4-way connector is plug and play. I have listed what you will need below:
4-Way Connector - Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C55378. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your Toyota's wiring harness, which is located behind the rear bumper, along the driver's-side frame rail.
7-Way Connector - Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7. The kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your vehicle with an included bracket. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way flat trailer connector and plugs directly into it.
For a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 item # TK57ER, you were looking at. This is a proportional brake controller that automatically adjusts your trailer's braking based on the deceleration of your Tundra. The included wiring harness will allow you to get this hooked up to your Tundra's factory wiring. I have attached an installation video below to help you get it set up.

Hey Kaleb, how did things go getting the 7-way connector and Prodigy P2 brake controller set up on your Tundra? Did the plug-and-play 4-way connector make the wiring process easier? Your update could make it easier for the next person working on a similar setup.
