Item TA77RR indicates it is rated for 4460 lbs, is that stamped on the wheels? Also what is the max psi for this wheel? Thanks, David

Yes David, the weight capacity of 4,460lbs for the Vesper Steel Modular Trailer Wheel # TA77RR is stamped on the back side of the wheel along the diameter of the rims drop center. The wheel itself does not have a maximum PSI rating as it is steel and is going to be higher than any tire you can mount to the wheel.
