There unfortunately isn't a custom-fit towing mirror set for a 2021 Volvo XC60 so you would need to go with a universal-fit set like the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2. These will clip to the mirror housing and have rubber straps to tighten down the mirrors for a snug fit.
