Will your product work and fit into an electric Power Caster PC-2? I have pictures if you need to see it.

The 2-5/16" Hitch Ball w/ Base # TVBB25 is specifically designed for the Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly # TVXL2. We have never tested it for fit on a Power Caster PC-2 dolly nor do I see any reviews showing anyone else has. It is unlikely the ball will fit without any modification as they are separate companies.
