Parts Needed to Tow Trailer With 2020 Ford Transit T250

Question:

Hello im looking to tow a enclosed trailer with electric brakes But I dont have a hitch So im looking for a towing package If you could point me in to the right direction As of what items would you recommend I own a 2020 transit 250 Please let me know and tanks in advanced

We can get your 2020 Ford Transit T250 set up with a complete towing package so you can tow your trailer. You'll need the hitch, wiring, and brake controller to do so, and I'll go ahead and list the parts needed below to make it easy to order (please note this is for a Transit without the factory tow package):

- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98842

- Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56327

- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7

- Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195

This will give you all the needed parts to tow, and for the wiring, you will first install the 4-flat, which activates the trailer's lighting functions, and then you'll then plug the 4-flat into the 7-way that comes with the # ETBC7. This kit also gives you the wiring, circuit breakers, and rest of the hardware needed for installation.
