Thanks for your recent purchases of the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e44AR and T-One Wiring Harness # 118809 for your 2023 Honda Passport!
In order to secure the 4-Way near the hitch receiver I recommend picking up the Mounting Brackets # 18136 and # 18144.
The No-Drill bracket will secure around the crosstube of the hitch and then you can bend the bracket around the bumper to give you the best location for the 4-Way bracket. I've attached an installation video you can use for a reference.
