The adjustment feature is really easy. I have two trailers with different size balls so it is really nice to be able to select the ball you need and adjust the height with no tools. It looks really nice too

Product description clearly states two locking pins with similar keys and they are also shown in the picture above. This came with none of those and only one standard pin. I'll return this if this isn't rectified.

This hitch combines the perfect balance of tongue weight and hitch drop. I purchased this for my 3/4 ton suburban pulling a 12' Haulmark trailer...what a dream. the greaseless ball is a bonus to keep pants clean when bumped into. Strongly advise the locking pins... this hitch will be stolen quickly as it is super sharp to look at.
