Strong gusts, passing semis, or uneven roads can push a trailer around and make for a tense drive. The Fastway e2 uses rigid L-brackets and spring bars that press together to create steel-on-steel friction at two points along the frame. This friction resists sway the instant it starts, keeping the trailer in line instead of letting it drift. It’s simple and mechanical—no add-on sway bars or extra parts to manage—and it keeps working even when you back up or drive through crosswinds.
When a trailer’s tongue weight makes the rear of a tow rig sag, steering and braking can get sloppy. The e2’s trunnion spring bars transfer that load evenly across all axles to level the setup. It’s rated for tongue weights from 800 lbs to 1,200 lbs and a gross towing weight of 12,000 lbs, so it’s built for heavier travel trailers and gear-loaded campers. Once tensioned, the whole rig feels balanced and steady, with far less bounce over dips or bridge joints.
Mounting the brackets doesn’t mean drilling holes in your trailer frame. The e2’s no-drill, clamp-on design secures directly to frames up to 6 inches tall and allows you to position the sway-control brackets 27"–30" back from the coupler. That leaves room for propane tanks, battery boxes, or toolboxes without interference. The included snap-up lever makes connecting the bars straightforward so you can hitch up and head out faster.
Every part of the e2 is heavy-duty steel, powder-coated to stand up to road grime and corrosion. It includes the head assembly, adjustable shank, spring bars, sway-control brackets, handle, and all installation hardware. The hitch is very well made. The problem is with E-Trailer support division. When I asked a question about adjusting the hitch to my truck I was told to refer pages xyz! That is not what I wanted to here after spending hours on a critical issue. I’m still not sure if it is probably adjusted.

Worked out better than I had expected. If you just follow the instruction book and I watched several of the videos. it will give you step by step instructions and when I finished I was 1/16 from my original measurement on front end and I thought it was great

Hitch arrived fast, great quality, went together easily and was easy to set up. Sway was immediately less than before even when I had my Curt friction sway control. VERY pleased.

Your hitch made all the difference in the world. Without it I was ready to sell my Rv and quite camping, but since installing and using your hitch everything is good.
Unpacked and inspected. Not used as of this review, but really looking forward to it in the coming days. This hitch will handle anything I plan to upgrade to in the future.
Owned a leveler hitch in the 70's - nothing like this. Package weight is significant - ~50 lbs. No tubular parts - all solid steel. Extremely adjustable. This is serious equipment, not plug and play. Read the manual!!! Well packaged, shipped fast.
Only issue was from manufacturer related to quality. Pry handle has rubber grip that was sliced somehow prior to packaging. Not etrailer fault.
Have done several transactions w/ etrailer.com. All transactions simple and smooth. Friendly and knowledgeable.
The hitch worked great. Installation easy, no drilling into your trailer hitch, and just overall easy adjustment and installation.
Good help on the phone with etrailer, would buy another product online from them anytime.
I use this to pull an 9000 Avenger with 960 lbs tongue weight, and it pulls perfectly with this hitch. It keeps my truck and trailer perfectly level and pulls with no sway, even in crosswinds.
looks like all the parts are there, haven't yet installed it to be sure but the boox was literally destroyed and taped back together, very poor packaging for a heavy item. hopefully next week when i pick up the trailer and install all the brackets, nuts and bolt and other parts are all there!
Took our new RV Trailer out for a test camp, 3 days. Also first time using my new weight distribution hitch. What a difference!! Towed the trailer home before the hitch arrived. Got to see some pretty sky and rocked myself almost to sleep. With the hitch you can almost forget you have the big behemoth of a trailer behind you! Very pleased with not only the price!!! Kudos to my friend Lester Kuhn for recommending this product and company to me!!!
Product was simple to install (watching video on etrailer was quite helpful). I used the product during a 1100 mile trip, with various roadways/terrain and performed quite well. I had to make minor adjustments for optimal performance.
Now, about the etrailer team...let me start by saying that things were smooth from start to finish. I strongly recommend for safe towing and peace of mind.
There was a snag with the delivery, somehow the product was damaged in shipping and returned without my knowledge; luckily, I was awaiting the product and happened to check tracking status. Once I learned of this, I called customer service and spoke with Quinn. He and team did everything needed to get me the new product ASAP...actually arrived in less than 2 days!!! Great job and you have a customer as long as products/service remain high quality!!!

Extremely satisfied!
I had a weight distribution hitch with chains and a separate sway bar prior to this that I had kept from a previous trailer. Not having had to buy it myself, I didn't realize that there were different setups for different weights of trailers and I was probably not using the proper one. A friend recommended I look into a bar setup with the integrated sway control control like this one. I bought the correct one for the trailer I have. Pricing was great and had free shipping at the time. Came with great instructions and the tutorial online was really helpful. The only difficulty with setup was having the strong enough tools. With everything I had LT tires with a good load range, help from my mechanic for the ball installation, and a friend for the rest of the hitch, I'm now driving level, with much more stability and control on the road.
I never had any problems with this WD System. Everything went together rather smoothly and it seems to work as intended. It is very heavy, received the product in the mail in it's original box which was tore up pretty good. They should have packaged the hitch better, like inside of another box at least. It seems the paint will eventually come off pretty easily , so touching it up with some spray paint will be in order to maintain the hitch from rusting.

Ive only used the hitch a couple of times within a year of owning it. The tool that has the hook on the end that is used to lift the stabilizing bars onto the hitch bends way to easy, it needs to be made out of stronger or thicker medal. One of the metal latches that hold the stabilizer bars in the socket broke off. The weld that held the pin that holds the latch broke off. But other then that it still works.
Looks and feels like a great product
It was easy to assemble, and after using it I would not go back to the chain style W/D hitch.
I did have to purchase a longer shank so I could open my tail gate and had to use longer safety chains.
