Matt, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-117 you're looking at is not going to work with your 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD. Instead, you're going to want to use the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1109-167.
