Hey Wes, first of all yes your Ford will absolutely be able to handle that trailer you're eyeing. As far as a WDS goes, I recommend going with the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control # EQ37100ET.

This is a 4 point WDS that has a nice 10K capacity, and a tongue weight range limit of 600-1,000 lbs so it'll be more than enough for your trailer. This system also does come with a pre-installed 2 5/16" hitch ball, so you don't have to worry about that either, which is a plus.

The trailer is dry weight listed above so if my weight added to the trailer and to my bed of truck what will be my maximum weight 10k lbs ? or could I go to 11600 lbs ?

@Bryce You could go up to 11,600 since that is your capacity, but the most important part of picking out the right WDS is the tongue weight - so you'd need to find out what that is and find a system that puts your tongue weight right around the middle of the range.
