The Blue Ox 2-Point Weight Distribution uses steel-on-steel friction between its rigid L-brackets and spring bars to limit that side-to-side motion. The built-in sway control reacts automatically, helping keep your trailer steady and in line so you can focus on the drive instead of fighting the steering wheel.
If the rear of your rig sags when hooked up, it can throw off your handling and braking. This system applies leverage through its round spring bars to spread weight evenly across all the axles. With a gross towing weight of 12,000 lbs and tongue weight range from 800 to 1,200 lbs, it creates a controlled, level setup that feels planted and predictable on the road.
Dialing in the right height and angle is simple with the included 6-hole shank. You get up to 6.5" of rise or 2.75" of drop, so it’s easy to match your trailer’s coupler height.
