The Bargman 84 Series Taillight you mentioned, part # 47-84-009 would wire as follows:

The white wire is grounded to the trailer frame.
The black wire behind the reverse lamp would connect to the reverse lamp lead on the trailer.
The black wire from the center lamp connects to the turn signal/brake circuit.
The green wire from the center lamp connects to the running light circuit.

I do not have any wiring diagrams specific to the Argosy 24 trailer you have, but the description above coupled with the photo I have edited for you should get you where you need to go.

Use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 on the existing wires to determine which wire serves which purpose. Plug the trailer in to the tow vehicle, have a helper activate the right turn and use the tester to probe the available wires until you locate the turn signal circuit and connect it to the correct wire on the lamp. Do the same with the reverse light and the running lights.
