How tight should the tire lugs be using this hub and drum assembly?

The Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K is designed to be used with 13"-15" diameter wheels. If using steel wheels they can be torqued between 90-120 ft-lbs while aluminum wheels should be torqued between 90-100 ft-lbs. I have included a helpful chart below that you can use as a reference.
