To add grease to the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles # 84546UC3-EZ I recommend using the LubriMatic Prime Guard High Temperature Wheel Bearing Grease # L11380.
This is the same type of grease used in our pre-greased equivalent of the Dexter Hub and Drum found as part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.
