That is a great question!
The pre-greased hubs like the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K you were looking at are packed with lithium complex based wheel bearing grease.
This grease is compatible with quite a few different greases, but of them I recommend the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease - 14 oz. Cartridge # L11390 as it does a really great job of keeping the bearings protected and will not break down if exposed to water.
You will need a grease gun like the # L30200 to apply the grease.
