Would this bike rack have enough clearance of spare tire to fit on a 2022 Ford Bronco without an extension?

Hey Will, to answer your question, probably not. You are almost definitely going to need a hitch extension in order to put a bike rack on your 2022 Ford Bronco with the spare on the back. We do not have a way to know exactly how far back your spare tire extends so if you were to measure, we could definitely get a bitter idea of what will fit. You will want to measure from the center of your hitch pin hole straight out to the rearmost point of the spare tire. Once we know that measurement, we will know what bike racks can be used or if an extension will be needed.

For example, with the Curt 4 Bike Platform Rack # C18087, there will be 12-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack. If your spare tire extends more that 12-1/2" back from the hitch pin hole, then this rack will not work since it cannot be used with an extension.

If an extension is needed, I recommend using the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR along with the StraightShot Hitch Extension # Y69VR. This combination would give you plenty of clearance between the rack and the spare tire.
