The difference between Curt 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting Item # C18087 and Curt 4 Bike Platform Rack for Fat Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting Item # C18087-FB is the size of the wheel hoops for the bike wheels.
The regular version, # C18087, accepts bike tires up to 3 inches wide. The Fat Bike version, # C18087-FB, accepts bike tires up to 4-7/8 inches wide.
Other than that the bike racks are the same and function in the same way.
