Does Curt Echo In Line Brake Controller Fit 2023 Toyota Highlander

Question:

On his post for the Curt C79DR brake controller, Jon G recommends this controller for a 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid which is the vehicle I have. But when I enter my vehicle information to check compatibility, the message says Not confirmed to fit 2023 Toyota Highlander. My question then, is whether this controller is fully compatible with my vehicle, and whether I will run into any complications while installing it or have any problems with the vehicles other systems once it is installed. Hey Byron, so the Curt Echo In Line Brake Controller # C79DR does for sure fit your 2023 Toyota Highlander as it basically does fit every vehicle that has a 7-way like yours. Our fitguide sometimes does leave somethings off though so I apologize for any confusion.
