Sounds like you are looking for a center cap plug like the part # AM90082 William. I don't know exactly what size you need since you didn't mention that but this plug is typically used on wheels your side and has an outer diameter of 2-1/16 inches. If you need a different size let me know and I'll see what we have that might match.
Another option though is the part # LHSI60C which has an outer diameter of 2-1/4 inches.
