Hello I was wondering if this particular rim will fit on a 2006 vintage outlaw trailer and if it’s rated to accommodate a 10,000 lb trailer, tandem axles. Thank you

The fit would really depend on the tires and bolt pattern you currently have, and I wouldn't have any idea of what you've currently got - for reference these wheels are 15" in diameter, 6" wide, and uses a 6 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern.
As far as weight capacity goes, these wheels only have a 2,830 lb weight capacity (5,660 lbs combined) so they're not going to be strong enough for your 10,000 lb trailer.
It looks like all of the wheels in that size has the same 2,830 lb capacity except # AM20539 & # AM58NR which has a 2,860 lb capacity.
