Question:
I just purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder and it does not have the towing package. I would like to add a hitch and a wiring harness to tow a uhaul trailer. Can you recommend the parts I will need?

I would be happy to! To tow a uhaul trailer with your 2024 Nissan Pathfinder you will need a hitch, 4-way wiring harness, and a ball mount kit.
For a hitch, I recommend the Curt item # C46DR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Pathfinder with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver, that has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight. I like this hitch because of the way the crosstube is hidden behind the rear bumper once installed. This leaves only the 2" receiver visible which not only looks better but helps with ground clearance.
A uhaul trailer uses a 4-way connector to control the lighting functions. For a 2024 Pathfinder without the towing package you will need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness item # TK58VR. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your Nissan's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area, on the driver's side.
To round out your towing setup, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
