For your 2024 Ford F-250 I recommend checking out the Half Tailgate Pad for Trucks # BDW79QB. This is a tailgate pad that just drapes over your tailgate and gives you the ability to carry up to 2 bikes securely and easily.
The pads are 1" thick, and has overall measurements of 21-3/4" long x 20" tall x 7" thick.
