Do you have adapters to go from a five lug trailer wheel to a four lug trailer wheel?

We do not, but as long as the new lug hubs use the same bearings as the current hubs you can just swap them out. For instance, if your current hubs used the L44643 bearing you can use both the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles # AKIHUB-440-2-G-1K to replace the 5 lug hub # AKIHUB-545-2-G-1K.
You'll just need to also keep in mind that the wheels you currently use won't work since the bolt pattern is different.
