No, it does not. The Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 12" Vesper Silver Mod Wheel item # TA69QR like the rest of our trailer tires and wheels do not come balanced from the factory like what you see with standard passenger vehicle tires.

This isn't needed for trailer tires and most car shops don't have the needed setup to properly balance trailer wheels, which are usually lug-centric instead of hub-centric like automotive wheels.

They do not use drive or steering axles, so they are basically just supporting a vertical load and trailing a tow vehicle and balancing won't do much to improve that or necessarily make the ride more comfortable.
