Question:

Good morning I have a 2019 Keystone Cougar 22RBSWE and my front electric stabilizer jack will extend but wont retract ? How would i trouble shoot the problem. The same switch operates both up and down. any help would be appreciated Thank you

The first step in troubleshooting the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC369774 is to try operating the jack manually with the hand crank that came with it.

If you are able to extend and retract the legs with the override then something is going on with your wiring or the motor itself and you'll likely need to replace one of them with part # LC144214 or # LC352338 respectively.

If the legs only extend when using the manual and they won't retract then this means you need to make sure the Support Arm # LC1134122 on each end are in good shape. If all of that still looks good then you need to replace the stabilizer as one of the main moving components is messed up.
