Question:

Hi there, I have a 2022 Tiffin Wayfarer which has the Mercedes Sprinter Chassis. I have found that the 7 pin is NOT charging my towed car. We towed the same car with another RV which keeps the towed vehicle charged, so we know this problem has nothing to do with the towed vehicle. Is there a install Kit that would result in the 7 pin charging my tow vehicle? Thanks,

This is a pretty common issue as the 12 volt accessory/charge circuit is not always active on vehicles with OEM 7-ways. The solution is to run 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot) through a breaker like part # 9510 between the 1:00 pin of the 7-way and the positive terminal of your Sprinter battery.
