Does Curt Trailer Wiring Kit # C56320 Fit 2017 Ford Escape SE

I bought the curt harness, but I am now reading it won’t work for 2017 escape SE. Why is that? It looks like it will just plug in exactly as the video shows no I have the tail lights out and inspected.

Curt has their wiring harness part # C56320 as a fit for the 2017 Ford Escape SE so it does fit for sure.
