I just picked up a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox and it does not have a hitch. I would like to add one so I can continue to use my bike rack. It needs to have a 2" receiver. Will you recommend one?

Congrats on the new vehicle! To add a hitch to your 2024 Chevrolet Equinox, I recommend the Curt item # C77FR. This custom fit hitch bolts to your Chevy with included hardware and has a 2" receiver. It has a 675 lbs capacity for accessories like bike racks so it will work great for you.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C94FR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
