To add a hitch to your 2024 GMC Terrain, I recommend the Curt item # C77FR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your GMC with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 4,500 lbs towing capacity and a 675 lbs maximum tongue weight.

I really like the Curt hitch item # C77FR because the crosstube mounts behind your rear bumper cover leaving only the 2" receiver exposed. This not only looks better but it helps with ground clearance.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C94FR if you have the towing package or item # 119250KIT if you do not and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
