Troubleshooting Curt Echo That Is Not Paired With Solid Blue Light

Question:
The light on my curt Bluetooth brake controller is solid blue but I never paired it and its not found in my app. How do I reset it so I can re-pair it.

I reached out to Curt and they said the only reason this might happen with the # C51180 is if it was previously paired and you're also using the old Echo Smart Controller App. This app will no longer work with the Echo so you will need to update and get the OneControl Auto App instead. Once you have this app you will be able to see the Echo and pair it properly.
