For your 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit L we recommend going with a Roadmaster base plate and tow bar. For the base plate we recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM59ZR. This is a confirmed for the Summit L model. For your tow bar, the Roadmaster Nighthawk All-Terrain Tow Bar # RM-676 is what we recommend. This tow bar is preferred over others because it has aluminum arms, making it lightweight, durable and rust-proof. It has built in LED lights which not only look awesome, but help with visibility both day and night. It also includes a coiled electrical cable, 6-pin socket and a pair of safety cables.
It is important to note that this base plate does not fit models with lower Active Shutter Grille. See your local dealer for wiring harness information if your vehicle needs MOPAR RV towing wiring harness kit #82216418AA.
