I cant tell if AKEBRK-7R-SA is the right replacement for mine which is 023-327-00. Could you help me with that?

Yes, the etrailer brake assembly part # AKEBRK-7R-SA would work to replace a Dexter 023-327-00 which is a passenger side self adjusting brake assembly. The matching left hand side would be the part # AKEBRK-7L-SA.
