For an upgrade over the Drive stereo you have now the Jensen Stereo part # JWM60A that you referenced is our best choice. It essentially has all of the same features as the Drive while being a bit more reliable. It's designed for RV in-wall applications and it has ability to run two video outputs, can play CD, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD, DVD+RW, DVD-RW, MP3 files, has three speaker zones. I attached a picture of what it looks like installed.

I have the drive EEDV06 that I need to replace - does this Jensen have the same plug in that the Drive has?

The Jensen # JWM60A will work great as a replacement, but the harness won't match up to the existing plug for a plug-and-play install. You'll need to do some splicing to connect the new wiring.
