To flat tow a 2019 Ford F-150 you'll need the following components:
Tow Bar: Roadmaster Sterling All-Terrain Tow Bar # RM-576. The Sterling is a great option and comes with a umbilical cable, 6-pole socket, and safety cables so that you won't have to purchase them separately.
Baseplate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524431-5. This baseplate has removable arms to keep a factory look when not towing.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152. This diode kit will wire to the 6-pole socket from your tow bar to transfer your motorhome's traffic signals to the tail lights of your F-150.
Braking System: If your motorhome has hydraulic brakes then you'll want the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. If it has air brakes then you'll want the Demco Air Force One # SM99243 instead.
To prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn you'll also want to pick up the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400. The brake light switch wire for your F-150 is purple/white.
