Assuming you don't have LED tail lights and you're looking for a 4-way you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C93FV. This plugs into the connection points in your rear cargo area. The 4-way will power the signal lights on your trailer.
If you're looking for a 7-way for a trailer with brakes you can use the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter # TK74CR. The wiring harness also includes an adapter that would allow you to plug in a brake controller like the P3 # 90195. If you would like to have the option to use both a 4-way and 7-way you can install the 7-way and pick up a 4-way adapter # PK12716.
