The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C29VV will definitely fit your 2024 Lexus RX 500h and you'll still have the kick sensor functionality. Just know that you'll have to kick to either side of the receiver instead of "swiping" your foot under the bumper for the sensors to pick up your foot movement.

Got this for my 2023 RX 500h and it installed easily and looks great. However, I've found no way to have the kick sensor for the rear gate to still work. Contrary to what is said above, kicking to either side of the receiver does not seem to work. Any ideas?
