Troubleshooting An L4 Message On An RV Fireplace

Question:
I dont have the directions on the fireplace and Im getting an L4 message what does that mean please

From what I can find an L4 message could be that the fireplace is in display mode or that the flame brightness/level is at its highest setting. If you could send me more information (brand/model) of your fireplace I'd be able to narrow down the issue and find a solution.
